Like Fire Unbound
Simon Petherick

I’m a writer based in London and Cornwall.

My fourth novel, Like Fire Unbound, is set in London in 2018 and was published in the UK at the end of March 2021 by TSB | Can Of Worms Press.

My first novel, The Last Good Man, is set on a Cornish beach.

My second novel, English Arcadia, was published in November 2018 and takes as its subject matter the left-wing political party of the 1940s, Common Wealth.

My third novel, The Damnation of Peter Pan, was published on 5th April 2019 and is inspired by tales of JM Barrie in The Kensington Gardens.

I also re-released the book I wrote with hypnotherapist Joe Keeton, The Power of the Mind, and an edited collection of horror stories I first produced for Robert Hale in the ’80s. I’ve recently completed a commissioned film script set in Havana in 1958 and am working on a film proposal relating to the work of the writer Ford Madox Ford.
